We’re implementing a more rigorous registration process to maintain a higher standard of professionalism for employers. Applicants will now be required to:
• Present a current and complete resume.
• Submit a professional profile photo.
• Complete ID verification for selected positions.
• Provide references added credibility.

Additionally, a $15 administrative fee allows applicants to access our services and feature their profiles for employers. Please note: paying this fee does not guarantee job placement; final hiring decisions are based on employer preferences and the interview process.

3. Streamlined Customer Service and Support with AI
Our updated customer support model provides a seamless experience. Information on services, job openings, and FAQs will be automated, with the option to submit a support ticket on our website. An expanded Q&A section will address common questions and offer clear, step-by-step guidance for jobseekers and employers alike.
