3. Registration and Fees

Registration on eJAMJobs.com may require an administrative processing fee to activate certain services or access specific programmes. Fees are clearly communicated before any payment is requested.

E-JAM will never request large upfront payments before providing documented services. If you are asked to pay unusual fees, please contact our support centre immediately, as this may be fraudulent activity.

4. Jobseeker Responsibilities

As a registered jobseeker, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications
Keep your profile and contact information current
Respond promptly to communications from E-JAM and employers
Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
Comply with all applicable immigration and employment laws

5. Employer Responsibilities

As a registered employer, you agree to:

Post only genuine, legal job vacancies
Not collect fees from job applicants
Comply with all applicable employment and labour laws
Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes
Not discriminate in hiring on the basis of race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

E-JAM acts as an intermediary between jobseekers and employers. While we make every effort to screen both parties, we cannot guarantee the suitability of any employer or candidate, the availability of specific positions, or the outcome of any application or visa process.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E-JAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost earnings, lost employment opportunities, or immigration-related outcomes.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on eJAMJobs.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of E-JAM or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
