Students are required to pay a non-refundable US$25.00 Registration Fee in order to be considered as a potential participant.
Note: Paying a registration fee does not guarantee that all students who apply will be accepted on the program, or guaranteed a job.

Program Fee Breakdown & Deadlines
Based on the large demand for J1 W/T students for Summer 2022, it is anticipated to be even more of a demand for Summer 2023. In order to make an early start and beat any Embassy delays, it is important that participants submit all documents and pay the Program Fee in a timely manner.

Payable after you have successfully completed the registration process and after your pre-screening interview. Immediate payment ensures your application moves forward quickly, get interviewed by an employer and secures your job of choice.

Immediately after job placement is confirmed

Mandatory Proof of Funds
US$1,500 - Minimum
This is not a fee to be paid, or collected by e-JAM. The US Immigration Officers requires that all participants entering the USA must show proof that they have access to at least US$1,500.00 extra spending money to cover expenses prior to receiving their first paycheck and in case of an emergency.
US Embassy Visa Voucher
US$160 - Non-Refundable
This US Embassy fee is non-refundable and needed prior to processing your online application and embassy interview.
