Job Description: Line Cooks & Food Runner (full-time)
Location: Maine
Dates: Start  04/01/2020 End 10/30/2020
Pay: $14/hr (35hrs/week) Overtime may be available/not guaranteed at $21
Note: Weekend work is a must.


Line Cook Duties:

  • Kitchen worker.
  • Prep vegetables and meats.
  • Knowledge of sanitary procedures.
  • Load smoker.
  • Use deep-fryer.
  • Create salads and sandwiches.
  • Baking.
  • Dish washing and Cleaning.

 

Line Cook + Food Runner Duties:

  • Kitchen Worker.
  • Prep vegetables and meats.
  • Knowledge of sanitary procedures.
  • Load smoker.
  • Use deep-fryer.
  • Create salads and sandwiches.
  • Dish washing and Cleaning.
  • Using Steamer and Boiler.
  • All kitchen jobs and also loading and unloading trucks.
  • Weighing products from harvesters.



Housing: Housing accommodations are dormitory style bunk beds. It is a large apartment with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, two porches and outdoor space. It is across the street from the beach and within a very short walk Stern. Buses and trolleys leave from directly in front of the building. All utilities are included as well as WIFI and cable TV. A $300 deposit is required when they arrive and is returned as long as they stay through the end of their visa and do no damage. The rent is $125 weekly and taken from their check.


Travel: Travel will be arranged and payed for.
