Job Description: Bartenders (full-time)
Location: Maine
Dates: Start  04/01/2020 End 11/18/2020
Training - Paid: $6.00 per hour, plus tips.
Pay: $12 per hour with tips {earnings are typically higher}

Bartender Duties:

  • Take bar orders
  • Mix drinks, pour beer/wine
  • Use shot glasses for all drinks
  • May take guest orders who sit at the bar
  • Restock bar, use pull sheets, change kegs

    *Required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and be able to move continuously during work hours.
    Some areas of the restaurant are stairs access only. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
    Hours may vary based on business needs.


Housing: Housing is available. The housing is located about a mile from the restaurant. It is shared, dormitory style housing. Cost is typically $60 per week. There is a $200 housing deposit. The housing typically has 4-6 individuals sharing a room. Housing styles vary but have shared kitchens and living areas. Laundry facilities are onsite & shared with all other employees. Housing is not required & is first come first served.


Travel: Travel will be arranged and vary depending on where you are coming from. We are happy to discuss options and reimbursement rates for travel. Arrival dates must be provided prior to your arrival to ensure housing is available and ready for your arrival.

Local Area: York is a beautiful town located directly on the water. We have three beaches and a booming tourist industry. There is a trolley that runs through town.
